Justin and his staff are very friendly and professional. They took care of everything. Their communication was excellent! They had my car back as new in a very reasonable and expected time period. Justin is totally a professional gentleman, will answer any questions you may have and make you at home feeling. He will answer out of his realm to answer or give suggestions for vehicles he is not working on. He is truly a great guy to deal with. Any kind of car accident is not a good experience, because it stays in the record, but your work on my car is so good, my car actually looks better and newer now than before the accident. Shops like Albertsons are the equivalent of a Michelin Star Restaurant when it comes to auto body work. Justin Moore is one of the most honest and straight-forward people I've ever worked with in the auto business. Justin, from the beginning, understood my risk on the vehicle and told me he would 'do the right thing.' Well, I'm happy to say that Justin delivered on that promise and more. The quality of work was excellent. You could never tell the car was in an accident. Other shops I spoke to before Albertson's made a big deal of the fact that the car has aluminum body panels, and Justin and his team made those panels look easy. The price of the fix was also extremely fair given the make and model of the car. Other reputable shops quoted me anywhere from double the price to about 7-8 times the price, which I openly shared with Justin and he laughed. Justin and team, thank you. You've got a client for life.

This was my first time going to Albertson Auto Body. My car has stratches, and due to some last minute changes, I am giving back my car in a few days and need it to be in good condition. Justin Moore was so kind. Even though his shop was full and many people were calling him, he gave my car his full attention, took his time to examine the outside of my car, and fixed the scratches and filled in other parts. He didn’t even charge me! Thank you!
