Shops like Albertsons are the equivalent of a Michelin Star Restaurant when it comes to auto body work. Justin Moore is one of the most honest and straight-forward people I've ever worked with in the auto business. Justin, from the beginning, understood my risk on the vehicle and told me he would 'do the right thing.' Well, I'm happy to say that Justin delivered on that promise and more. The quality of work was excellent. You could never tell the car was in an accident. Other shops I spoke to before Albertson's made a big deal of the fact that the car has aluminum body panels, and Justin and his team made those panels look easy. The price of the fix was also extremely fair given the make and model of the car. Other reputable shops quoted me anywhere from double the price to about 7-8 times the price, which I openly shared with Justin and he laughed. Justin and team, thank you. You've got a client for life.

As a new customer, from my first phone call and visit to Albertsons shop I knew they’re truly a local shop with longstanding involvement in the community. They worked with a full customer service focus planned in every step of the process of my repair and through insurance. Justin & the crew helped manage everything with ease, including setting up with their local partner my rental car with door to door convenience and ensuring the insurance claim was processed correctly on my behalf. I cannot say enough great things! Very good rates for the job and professional techs completing the repair. The car looks brand new, and they even cleaned it :) Will absolutely return if the need arises. A shop that goes above & beyond for sure, recommend to everyone. Thanks for making the process so great!
